摘要

Special features of noncollinear Bragg diffraction of light from ultrasound in centrosymmetric cubic crystals placed in an external electric field are considered. Particular cases of acousto-electro-optical interaction on (quasi-)longitudinal and (quasi-)transverse acoustic waves propagating in the (001) and (110) planes are analyzed. The dependence of diffracted light energy characteristics on photoelastic and electro-optical param-eters of a cubic centrosymmetric crystal, as well as external field strength and orientation, is determined.
