Improvement of the Sensitivity of Inhomogeneity Measurements in Optical Processing of Photographic Images of Defocused Gratings

The possibility of increasing the sensitivity of measurements when rewriting photographic images of defocused grating is demonstrated. The results of experimental tests of the method are presented.
