Results of the analysis of a nonlinear quantum converter representing a system of N two-level atoms placed in a resonator and interacting with two external fields, one of them considered as the pump field, is reported. The basis of the field and atomic coherent states is used in the 1/N approximation, which allows one to obtain from the corresponding kinetic equation a closed system of ordinary differential equations for mean values of the field and squeezing parameters for two excited modes of the resonator. Analysis of the numerical solution of these equations showed the possibility of the squeezing transfer to the strong wave.
