摘要

A theory of optical self-induced transparency for 0π pulse with a complicated internal structure is developed for the case of a medium having both spatial and temporal dispersion. The situation described by the nonlinear Maxwell-Bloch equation is considered in detail. The nonlinear wave with a complicated internal structure is shown to be characterized by two different oscillation frequencies. The explicit analytical expressions for the parameters of this nonlinear wave are presented. In the limiting case, the well-known breather solution is obtained.
