摘要

The possibilities of an experimental study of kinetic accumulation of color centers in a surface layer of crystals under VUV irradiation by the spectral method of attenuated total internal reflection (ATIR) are discussed. A method is proposed for detecting contrast ATIR spectra of color centers at low concentrations during their formation. Spectral kinetic studies of F- and M-centers in a MgF2 crystal and of accumulation of F-centers and their photobleaching in a LiF crystal support the possibility of detection of fast kinetic processes of color center formation in a surface defect layer of crystals under VUV radiation.
