On Propagation of Electromagnetic Waves in an Electron-Positron Vacuum

摘要

Maxwell's equations describing propagation of electromagnetic waves in the electron-positron vacuum are derived with a weak space-time dispersion taken into account. The group velocity and the characteristic spread length of a radiation pulse against the background of strong static uniform electric and magnetic fields are estimated.
