Magnetic dipole transitions between Zeeman sublevels in strong magnetic fields are considered by the example of sd configurations. A technique for calculating angular parts of matrix elements of MI transitions in strong magnetic fields is presented. As an example, the calculation of relative line strengths for magnetic dipole transitions between Zeeman sublevels of the 1s4d configuration of HeI in a 100-kOe field is performed. The violation of selection rules for J and S is noted.
