摘要

Kinetic tensor equations are obtained that describe the evolution of polarization moments of atoms in spin-exchange collisions and take into account hyperfine coupling of the electron and nuclear spins during collisions. For hydrogen atoms, all cross sections entering the kinetic equations are calculated.
