THE INSTITUTE OF SHEETMETAL ENGINEERING 65th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING REPORT

The meeting held on Thursday 20th May 2010 at the Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton was attended by twenty three members and guests with six Apologies for Absence having been received. In the unavoidable absence of the Chairman, Professor Diane Mynors, the President, Mr Adrian Nicklin, took the Chair.. Following the acceptance of the Minutes of the 64th Annual General Meeting the Hon Treasurer presented the Annual Accounts for 2009 which whilst showing a loss of ?2905 for the year was nevertheless a 50% improvement on the previous year. Actions have been taken to ensure that such losses do not recur. Currently reserves held in the bank stand at ?15,006.
