A useful contribution to understanding the oilsands

This is an important book,since the oil-sands are an important part of the fossil fuels that form the basis of our economy and our modern society.At less than 250 pages it does not share the gigantism that seems to apply to most things oilsands related.My only personal experience of this gigantism came when driving on a highway near Edmonton,when I was confronted by a trailer carrying the bed of a truck destined for the oil sands that took up both lanes of the highway.
