A new high-precision 2-way flow control valve

Flow control valves have their established place in hydraulics. They owe this special position to their simple design and their fast response. The accuracy of such valves has been the object of much research work in which efforts were always directed towards optimising the existing basic principle. However, if certain aspects of this basic principle are disregarded the accuracy of directly controlled 2-way flow control valves can be improved considerably.
