DUBAI MARITIME CITY Authority (DMCA), the government authority charged with regulating, coordinating and supervising all aspects of Dubai's maritime sector, announced the signing of an agreement with DNV GL at the DNV GL National Committee on November 15, 2016, to collaborate on several maritime innovation initiatives. The agreement was signed in Dubai between Amer Ali, executive director of DMCA, and Knut Grbeck-Nilssen, CEO DNV GL Maritime.
