摘要

This research first synthesizes a polyurethane prepolymer and then pre-treats woolen fabrics containing various ratios of polyurethane(PU)and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)blends.The pre-treated woolen fabrics are then dyed with basic dyes for exploring the effect of PU/CMC of various mass ratios on the dyeability and anti-shrinking properties of the processed fabrics.The experiment showed that PU/CMC blended polymers,pre-treated on woolen fabrics,significantly improve the dyeability and anti-shrinking properties of the processed fabrics;also,with the increase in PU and CMC concentration,the dyeability and anti-shrinking effects increase.Moreover,addition of CMC is seen as yielding good effects on both dye fastness and washing of the processed fabrics.For color fastness,the order of effects is the following:PU/CMC pre-treated fabrics>PU pre-treated fabrics>untreated fabrics,the dye-ability of all pre-treated fabrics being quite favorable.
