PetroSA, Sinopec sign refinery framework deal

SOUTH AFRICA'S NATIONAL oil company PetroSA and China Petroleum Corporation (Sinopec) have signed a framework agreement to build a new crude-oil refinery in South Africa, which is set to become the biggest in Africa. The framework agreement follows the signing of a joint study agreement (JSA) for the development of the refinery between the two state-owned companies in May 2012.
