Earlier this year, Cereal Foods World made a call to AACC Intl. corporate members, requesting updates on our members' green business practices. From company to company, policies and practices vary, ranging from a proclamation of support to detailed manifestos with comprehensive sustainability practices. While the levels of each business's involvement and commitment may differ, what is clear is that most members are moving toward more environmentally friendly packaging, manufacturing, products, facilities, and strategies, attempting to stay on top of this burgeoning movement. Certainly, this is not a fad; "going green" is here to stay.
