The US said on Thursday six-power talks with Iran had opened the door to a possible deal over its nuclear program but it warned Tehran that it must take concrete steps to prove it was not trying to acquire nuclear weapons.Both the US and Iran said Geneva talks between Tehran and the P5 + 1 powers - the US, Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China - were productive and agreed the contacts would be resumed by the end of the month.
