New service contracts that aim to lure foreign producers into partnerships with Mexico’s state oil firm will be presented “in a few months,” Mexico’s finance minister said on Wednesday. Speaking in Washington, Ernesto Cordero said the contracts will enable state-owned Pemex to boost its declining output as early as next year.
