BP-Husky to Upgrade Reformer

BP and Husky will spend $400 million to upgrade their joint 155,000 barrel per day refinery in Toledo, Ohio, the compa- nies said on Thursday. The refinery will replace two catalytic reformers and a hydrogen plant with more efficient 42,000 barrel per day catalytic reformer.
