Proposed US West Coast LNG Terminal Seeks Permit for Exports

Jordan Cove Energy is seeking permissionfor its proposed LNG import terminal on CoosBay, Oregon, to become a liquefaction facilityfor exporting North American natural gas.The company filed an application with theUS Department of Energy (DOE) on Sep. 22 toexport up to 1.2 billion cubic feet per day ofnatural gas to any countries with which the UShas free trade agreements.
