Essar Projects Wants Price Escalation to Continue Work on IOC's PRRPL Pipeline

Essar Projects India Ltd (EPIL) has demanded extra money lor completing the Paradtp-Raipur-Ranchi Pipeline (PRRPL) project because of inordinate delay in obtaining environmental clearances. Contractor 10CL has agreed that it an escalation is not given to EPIL, it would necessitate off-loading and retendering of the entire balance works, which will lead to multiple complications and negative implications.
