Aux Sable Buys Bakken Assets

An affiliate of Aux Sable Liquid Prod-ucts is purchasing the Stanley CondensateRecovery Plant and the Prairie RosePipeline in the Bakken shale oil play froma subsidiary of EOG Resources for $185million. The transaction is expected toclose in July.The Prairie Rose Pipeline connects theStanley plant to the Alliance Pipeline,which delivers high-energy, dense-phasegas to Aux Sable’s Channahon, Illinois,plant for processing.
