Chevron is talking to Turkmenistan about its possible participation in developing the giant South Yolotan gas field, according to the US major's country head. Douglas Uchikura, head of Chevron Nebitgaz Turkmenistan, told Reuters on the sidelines of an annual energy conference in the Turkmen capital Ashkabad that he was in talks about the project with Turkmen officials.
