YPF Creates New Company

YPF, the Argentine unit of Spain’s Rep-sol YPF, said it has created a new oil services company. The new company was set up to assist YPF with future exploration and does not aim to replace existing third-party contractors currently working with YPF. YPF Servicios Petroleros will drill, construct and repair oil, gas, water and geothermic wells, according to details released by YPF.
