Canada oil production is doing better than initially thought, despite problems with upgraders at Alberta’s two largest oil sands projects that held January total oil output to 3.154 million b/d New data released on Wednesday by Statistics Canada with preliminary January results, along with revisions for November and December, showed much stronger natural gas liquids output.
