Safety Keystone Russia Switches to the Advanced Automated System of Industrial Safety Control

In September, the Russian government must approve the Basic Principles of State Policy for Industrial Safety for the Period Through to 2025, developed by Rostekhnadzor. After that, the requirement will come into effect for mandatory equipping of hazardous industrial facility (HIF) with remote monitoring systems, safety systems and telemetry systems that meet the new challenges. Thus, a unique automated system of industrial safety control will be created in the Russian Federation with the ability to predict and prevent accidents - Rostekhnadzor will turn into "industrial MES". However, up to that moment the supervisory authority should put the things in order in the market of the HIF, this expertise causes the resistance of the expert community.
