Natural gas production

US production of natural gas for October 2014 was 61.4 bcm, up 2.5 bcm or 4.2% compared with that of October 2013. In Canada, production totaled 13.3 bcm, a fall of 0.2 bcm or 1.5% from the previous year. Natural gas production in the CIS countries was 76.9 bcm, down 5.1 bcm or 6.3% compared with the figure for October 2013. Production for OECD Europe-23 was down by 1.3 bcm or 6.2% at 19.9 bcm.
