Australia's Antares divests Permian assets for $250MM

Australia's Antares Energy Ltd. is cashing in its chips in the Permian Basin. The Perth-based company has signed two separate agreements with the same unnamed private equity purchaser for the sale of the Northern Star and Big Star projects for US$250 million. The assets include more than 20,000 net acres in the Wolfberry trend in Dawson County, Texas.
