Oasis to sell certain Sanish assets

Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS), Houston, agreed to sell certain nonoper-ated properties in its Sanish operating area and certain other nonoperated leases adjacent to the Sanish position in the Bakken shale to an undisclosed buyer for approximately $333 million in cash.
