摘要

Development of difficult-to-recover oil reserves is the primary business of RITEK-ENPTs-an Elektrogorsk-based R&D Center of RITEK(Russian Innovation Fuel and Energy Company).In 1995 RITEK-ENPTs started out creating new chemicals for oil recovery enhancement and for a better remedial squeeze cementing practice;eventually,the center launched a large-scale production of chemicals at its own facilities in the town of Elektrogorsk near Moscow.
