CFOs: Employment stabilizes; bonuses tied to performance

According to a new study by BDO Seidman LLP, Chicago, 65% of chief financial officers at E&Ps expect stable employment levels at their companies in 2010.Another 27% plans to increase staff.BDO partner and national energy industry practice leader Charles Dewhurst says,"Given continued tough market conditions,tightened credit access and lower demand,it's somewhat surprising that only 8% of CFOs expect their companies to decrease employment levels in 2010.
