Mid-Con Energy Partners LP (Nasdaq: MCEP) has purchased mature properties in northeastern Oklahoma for $56.5 million after entering into a definitive agreement to buy the field with its subsidiary Mid-Con Energy III LLC, which has owned and operated it since second-quarter 2014.
