Take it into the field and see what a group of customers (or a new potential client group) might do with it. This one is probably the most terrifying to contemplate. "We're going to show our customers this? But it's made of junk!" is something that we heard when we first proposed pilot testing. However, it's amazing what you will learn from something that is pretty crudely put together. It's been our observation that people are more willing to tell you what they really think of something that doesn't look finished (this might uniquely apply to Canadians-we can be so polite) because the feedback is less likely to hurt feelings. That being said, you need to explain to your customers what you're doing and why these things look the way they do.
