LANSING,Mich.- Assistant Michigan Supervisor of Wells Hal Fitch has scheduled an Aug.30,2005 hearing in Gaylord,Mich,on the petition of the Michigan Oil And Gas Association (MOGA) for an order authorizing the drilling of a second Antrim Shale Formation well in any Antrim drilling unit in Montmorency and Otsego counties as an exception to Order No.(A) 14-9-94.
