New techniques bring fresh life to old fields

Exactly six months after listing Louisiana Petroleum started gas sales from its 100%-owned leases in the larger Caddo Pine field in northern Louisiana (75% net revenue interest).Gas is now flowing from three of the five leases -Ducote,Noel and Glassell -which contain 122 wells,while the 15 wells on the remaining two leases at Douglas and Connell were expected to be in production before the end of February.
