摘要

The paper presents some possible kinds of oxide semiconducting sensors for studying the behavior of free alkyl radicals and oxygen molecules in polar liquids. The special features of changes in the electrical conductivity of semiconducting sensors in a liquid in the presence of oxygen molecules and free radicals are considered, and the concepts underlying the possible mechanisms of sensor response formation are formulated. The directions of study related to the use of liquid-drop systems are outlined.
