摘要

New catalase- and peroxidase-type iron porphyrin biomimetic electrodes have been developed for determining ultralow concentrations of H_2O2 and C_2H_5OH in aqueous solutions. Their physicochemical fea_tures have been studied. A mechanism of catalase and peroxidase reactions was suggested. Biomimetic electrodes did not lose their activity for a long time under the action of the oxidant, intermediates, and the final products of the decomposition of H_2O_2. Potentiometric biomimetic sensors of catalase and peroxidase types have been designed and studied.
