OAPEC's 40th Anniversary Tangible Achievements and Continuing Challenges

January 9th,2008 marked the 40th anniversary of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries.It was on that day in 1968 in Beirut that the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,the Kingdom of Libya(at that time),and the State of Kuwait signed OAPEC's Establishing Agreement.
