I inaugurate this meeting and welcome the honorable audience;Their Excellencies the ministers of energy and petroleum in OAPEC member countries,heads of delegations,H.E.I the Secretary General,and delegation members.It gives me great pleasure to greet you warmly in your second home country,Qatar,wishing all of you a pleasant and enjoyable stay.I ask God to help us make sound decisions,which will serve the best interests of our countries and positively contribute to our Organization,given the critical circumstances our countries are currently experiencing.
