摘要

Numerical analysis of the process of die forging of bearing rings in presses, using quasi-stationary solution based on the finite element method, has been presented. Optimal shape and geometry of particular impressions were searched for in order to ensure high quality of the forgings. A "SPLEN-S" computer program developed by the authors was used in calculations. Exemplary results of theoretical calculations illustrating distribution of strains, stresses and temperature are included. The theoretical results were subjected to experimental verification in industrial conditions.
