30 years of technology development of sulfuric acid production in Huta Miedzi GLOGOW

production of sulfuric acid in copper, zinc or lead works is ecological necessity but the necessity is noxious for the environment, because of emission of sulfur-oxides. The intensity SO_x emission depends on the applied technology of sulfuric acid production, application of multistage technology, in metallurgical plants, is far more difficult. The technological projects undertaken in Huta Miedzi GLOGOW, in the jubilee-period, will be characterized in the lecture.
