Lanxess realigns its EPDM rubber business

To strengthen its competitiveness,chemicals group Lanxess,Leverkusen,Germany,will realign its ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) business.Marketing,research,pro-duction and controlling will now be assigned to Lanxess Buna GmbH in Marl,Germany.Similarly,Lanxess will pool its EPDM operations in the U.S.into a separate legal entity to be known as Lanxess Buna LLC.
