Dear Readers, Last 2014, Indonesian Agro industry contributes 13, 38% to the growth of national gross domestic product, second to Manufacturing industry. Throughout times of economic crises, agro industry proved resistant and ably maintained its contribution to the economic recovery. The Horticulture sub sector industry was the 3rd contributor to the GDP (3, 77%), after fisheries and food industries.
