Qutone Tiles, new large-format tiles made in India

Qutone Tiles, a company founded in 2008 in Ahmedabad, has rapidly become a well-known brand for high-level ceramic floor and wall tiles in the Indian region of Gujarat. With a view to launching a new line of high-quality large-size tiles, the company's management carefully assessed the latest innovative pressing systems available on the market. In the end they opted for the new GEA technology from System in an agreement finalised at Tecnargilla 2014. The GEA 44000 mouldless press for the production of large ceramic panels in 1200x2400 mm, 800x2400 mm, 800x1600 mm and 1200x1200 mm sizes will be installed in the new Qutone factory.
