摘要

We consider the initiation of a pressure pulse in the flexible elastic pipeline of the hydraulic system when some volume of inviscid liquid is ejected in it. We present a method for calculating the pipeline shape variation in this case and show that it is necessary to solve the nonlinear Schrodinger equation with logarithmic nonlinearity to find the shape of an expanded part of the pipeline. We prove that this equation is equivalent to the momentum and continuity equations for inviscid liquid.
