The owner of a Florida tree service business has been arrested on a charge of workers' compensation fraud following the electrocution death of one of his employees.Aaron Capannelli,26,owner of LumberJax Tree Service,failed to provide workers' compensation insurance,which means the family of the deceased worker may not receive death benefits,according to Florida authorities.
