Quality Control of Carburized Parts Made from 15XM Steel

摘要

A procedure for multiparameteric testing of the depth and hardness of a carburized layer, as well as the hardness of the core of a link bushing made from 15XM steel without the direct access to the core's material, is developed. The testing is based on the relative value of the coercive force that is measured using different schemes of magnetization of a specimen.
