摘要

Recently a method of noncontact acoustic inspection has been used in practice for testing the tightness of 3D metal structures. This method makes is possible to detect penetrating microleaks by recording the acoustic field generated by a special source. The source generating acoustic waves is located inside a 3D structure and the acoustic radiation propagating through channels of penetrating microleaks is recorded outside of it.
