摘要

An experimental technique for determining the maximum rate of dissolution of metals is developed. The technique is confirmed by theoretical conceptions of the kinetics in light of secondary interactions, in which the Gibbs diagram is used as the concentration coordinate for the reagents. It is demonstrated on theoretical grounds that the rate of dissolution of metals in a heterogeneous water - reagents - metal system with isomolar concentration of reagents passes through a maximum. The efficiency of this assertion is proved by laboratory investigations and pilot plant studies on extraction of gold and associated metals out of mineral ore.
