摘要

Carbon nanocomposite (pyrolytic carbon ceramics) (CN) is obtained by the force of planar crystallization during methane pyrolysis in the presence of boron tetrachloride. A pyrolytic process of components makes it possible to fabricate a material with an isotropic fine-grain structure, crystallite sizes of 10-20 nm, and high physicomechanical properties. A nanocomposite finds a wide application in medicine wares for cardiology, orthopedics, stomatology, traumatology, etc. Its tribotechnical properties were investigated for its clinical use. These results will be useful when designing medical and other wares made of CN.
