An algorithm and program for calculating pressure leaching of bauxites in autoclaves with repeated separation of pulp are developed. The mathematical models used in the algorithm were obtained by processing data from published sources. A schematic flowsheet of an algorithm for calculating pressure leaching of bauxites with repeated separation of pulp is Until recently, leaching of diaspore-boehmite--type bauxite was performed in batteries of autoclaves with double self-evaporation of the pulp; moreover, only 32-34 percent of the heat of the autoclave pulp was used for heating of the raw pulp in this process. The transition to European-type batteries of autoclaves with repeated self-evaporation of autoclave pulp has made it possible to increase the degree of recovery of the heat to 75--80 percent [ 1 ]. An autoclave battery with repeated separation of pulp (Fig. 1 [1]) incorporates two successively connected preheaters of raw bauxite pulp, membrane pumps, air compensator for equalizing the pulsating flow of pulp, seven or eight autoclave preheaters, four reaction autoclave batteries, and eight or nine separators, where the pressure is reduced down to atmospheric levels.
